LITTLE ROCK -- As lawmakers weigh various issues related to criminal justice, two central Arkansas prosecutors joined Capitol View to share their thoughts on the issues.

Pulaski County prosecuting attorney Larry Jegley and Faulkner County prosecuting attorney Cody Hiland discussed the state's ongoing jail overcrowding problem, a proposal to enact a "Stand Your Ground" law, and House Bill 1197, which would end life sentences for juvenile offenders.
