Process

Law enforcement cannot make an arrest on misdemeanor offenses that they did not observe firsthand. If you are a victim of a misdemeanor crime, you must file a police report, get a hard copy of the report, and then make an appointment with our complaints department at 501-340-8100.
 

On the day of your appointment, you must arrive ten minutes early. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to reschedule for the next available appointment date. 
 

You will need to bring the police report with you along with any photos, videos, estimates for damage, and witness contact information.
